The material feels thick and durable—definitely better than the cheaper covers I’ve tried in the past. It’s soft enough for my dog to get cozy, but tough enough to stand up to his claws without any signs of wear.One of the best features is how well it resists moisture. After a few soggy post-walk car rides, my seats have stayed completely dry. The waterproofing really holds up. It also stays securely in place thanks to the non-slip backing, even with my energetic 60-pound pup moving around.Installation was simple, and the safety zippers give it some nice flexibility when I need to have a passenger in the back.Now for the downsides—first, it doesn’t have cutouts for seatbelt adapters. That’s a big miss for me, since I always strap my dog in with a harness and seatbelt clip for safety. I had to make a small cut myself to feed the strap through, which worked, but I wish the design had accounted for that.Also, while the quality feels solid now, I’m still a bit unsure about its long-term durability.
