Developing Emotional Intelligence Cards

Some people just get along with others naturally, respond carefully even in the face of challenge, and truly connect with people. They are proactive, balanced, operate with integrity, and have great insight into themselves and others. All these come from a set of skills called emotional intelligence, or EQ. The purpose of these cards is to stimulate reflection and conversation. We can only develop our emotional intelligence through a combination of quality introspection and focussing on others. Hence the questions on these cards are mere doorways to the fruitful discoveries beyond the first answers.
